Item Condition
All items in our store are brand new, straight out of the box.
Handling Fee
We charge only for shipping what Australia post charge us, however please note that all orders will incur a $1 handling fee to cover the cost of protective packaging.
Alternate Parts
We DO differentiate between alternate part numbers. All parts are checked before being placed into inventory to ensure our stock levels reflect each alternate part accurately.
Unpaid Orders
Payment is required within 3 days of your order unless prior arrangement has been made. After three days you will be sent a reminder email and if, after 7 days, the order remains unpaid it will be cancelled without notification. A non-paying buyer notification may be also be lodged.
Paypal Fees
– we do not charge them!
Yep – you read that right. We do not charge them! That being said, because we absorb the cost of the fees ourselves, there is no discount for paying via bank deposit (sorry!)

Domestic shipping rates
We charge only what Australia post charge us, however please note that all orders will incur a $1 handling fee to cover the cost of protective packaging.

Items over 250g, or thicker than 20mm will need to be sent as a parcel – please remember that even on a small order packaging material may weigh up to 50g.
Shipping for orders with larger weights, or items that require special packaging, will be calculated on invoice.

Domestic tracking, priority mail, insurance and registered post options
For your own protection we HIGHLY recommend that all orders are sent as registered post with tracking. We are therefore pleased to be able to offer the following optional services
* Letters – registered post @ an additional $2.95 per order
priority mail @ an additional $0.50 per order
* Parcels – tracking is automatically provided on all parcels
insurance @ $1.00 per $100 in value.
Please note that if you do not request tracking, priority post, registered post, or insurance when submitting your order we will assume these are not required. As such we will not be held liable if your item is lost or damaged in transit.
